Malt dining is located in one of Brisbane's most iconic inner-city buildings - Wenley House. Exposed brick, original timber flooring and double-hung windows creates a very moody, intimate atmosphere inside the restaurant. Ranging over three levels - the restaurant offers three very different venue styles with a casual tapas menu, private dining and a Modern Australian restaurant. Nick Pinn, the owner of Fortitude Valley's Glass Bar, is the man behind Malt Dining with Robert Campbell, of Paddington's Simpatico, as Head Chef.
