Description
Make yourself a plaited kangaroo leather whip that is perfect for you. You will learn the basics of leatherplaiting and also get a taste of the skill required and the satisfaction gained from creating something special by hand. Workshops are conducted by Bill Webb, a four-time Dame Mary Durack Award Winner and experienced leatherplaiter, who learned from one of the best - the late R. M. Williams.

How To Get There:
Follow the brown tourist road signs throughout Toowoomba and they will direct you to the Museum.
If you are travelling from Brisbane, turn right at the top of the range and left into Margaret Street. Turn right into Lindsay Street at the first roundabout.
The Cobb and Co Museum is just the other side of Queen's Park and near the windmill display.
Inclusions:
AUD450.00 cost comprises AUD255.00 plus AUD195.00 for materials and includes expert instruction, all materials, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Workshop attendees must be 16 years and over. Spectators are welcome.
