Description

Dine in the enchanting Julaymba Restaurant - open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rates at the Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa include a la carte breakfast daily. Julaymba means in the Kuku Yalanji dialect ""the Daintree area from the river to the ocean"". In keeping with the tradition of Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa and in consultation with the local Aboriginal Kuku Yalanji people, the menu has been carefully designed, incorporating an abundance of exotic and Queensland fruits, tropical reef fish and local produce with native and indigenous nuts, berries, flowers, leaves and seeds from the property. Many of the native ingredients are also incorporated into the unique Aboriginal inspired spa treatments and shown, when in season, on the Aboriginal Guided Rainforest Walk. The menu also features light and healthy spa cuisine for guests who enjoy delicious meals in line with good health and wellbeing.
