From Beer and BBQing to Modern French, the respected James St Cooking School offers classes for all tastes. With class sizes kept small and two professional chefs on hand to instruct, the classes are friendly, interactive and personalised. Hands-on lessons run for three hours, with 10 to 20 people participating before sitting down to enjoy their creations. Demonstration classes run for two hours, with chefs covering two or three dishes over the course of the lesson while the class observes and enjoys samples of the dishes with matched wine or beer.
