The Hervey Bay Seafood Festival celebrates what Hervey Bay is famous for - the abundance and variety of wild caught seafood from the pristine waters of the Fraser Coast. This is the ultimate seafood escape for a weekend on the wild side with local seafood for every occasion captured in a breathtaking array of seafood dishes headlined by the world famous Hervey Bay scallop along with a variety of prawns, whiting, calamari,bug and crab dishes at the festival stalls.
... moreInclusive in the festival is the beachside pop up restaurant Tastes of the Bay seafood long lunch, hosted by Channel 7's Creek to Coast presenter, Executive Chef Andrew Mirosch.

Follow Boat Harbour Drive towards Urangan and you will run into the Festival. All day parking with festival shuttle is available one block from the festival. Kerbside parking in streets surrounding the event.
Direct flights Brisbane to Hervey Bay and Sydney to Hervey Bay with airport 5minute taxi ride to festival.
How To Get There:
By road, approximately four hours from Brisbane via Maryborough, Hervey Bay is then only 30 minutes away. From Bundaberg, south approximately 3.5 hours. Festival is five minutes taxi ride from the Fraser Coast Airport.
