Description

Gowinta Farms is the Sunshine Coast's largest strawberry farm which is open to the public Monday to Friday in the Off Season. Pick your own (PYO) strawberries between June and November. Gowinta Farms also grows lychees and pineapples. The cafe is open five days a week, and caters for day visitors, group bookings, and school groups.

Stay in Beerwah's only caravan park which features 56 powered sites that have ample space for large fifth wheelers, or your standard sized RV or caravan. They also have Tent Sites available.

Admission is free, however you are required to pay for anything you choose to do on the farm (such as strawberry picking or the farm tour).

How To Get There:
Gowinta Farms is just four and a half kilometres from Australia Zoo. Take Steve Irwin Way, and turn into Roys Road at the traffic lights. Approximately 700 metres along, turn right into Burys Road, and follow the road for approximately 1.2 kilometres before reaching Gowinta Farms Cafe and Packing Shed.
