The Wine - the Flame Hill Vineyard wine label includes a unique range of Queensland wine made from grapes sourced from the Montville vineyard and other contract grape growers in South East Queensland. The cooler climate of Montville at 420 metres above sea level is highly suitable for grape production. The current range includes six whites, six reds and three fortifieds.
... moreThe Restaurant - Flame Hill Vineyard is a relaxed and casual venue that offers dining designed for sharing. Produce is sourced locally or grown here on the 250 acre property. The emphasis in the Flame Hill restaurant is on food and wine matching embellishing both produce and wine alike. The menu is built around the estate grown wines and this has already produced an award...2010 Sunshine Coast Skal Restaurant of the Year.
Whilst the A la Carte restaurant is relaxed and casual the guests can also opt for a Pruners Platter on the terrace which flows onto the lawns leading to the Shiraz Vines. Visitors can enjoy morning or afternoon tea, coffee, casual dining on the terrace with platters or select from the A la Carte lunch menu.
