Description
Emu Park Lions Oktoberfest is reputedly one of the best in Australia. Held in the small town of Emu Park, Queensland (near Yeppoon and Rockhampton) this event is the main fundraising activity for the Emu Park Lions.
This traditional festival originated in Germany and is steeped in traditional good times and lots of fun. The Emu Park version is a day of fun and festivities. German beers, German foods, great music and hundreds of people all set for a good time make this one of the Capricorn Coast highlights. Entertainment includes yodelling and polka dancing. Australian beers will also be available at the celebration.
