Access Information:
Public parking will be at a premium during the Ekka and use of public transport is strongly recommended. If you do decide to drive, remember to park legally. Brisbane City Council will enforce all parking regulations and issue fines for illegally parked vehicles. Unless a sign or meter states otherwise there is a two-hour parking limit in the Brisbane Central Traffic Area - which includes the area around the Brisbane Showgrounds - between 7.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 7.00 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday.

How To Get There:
Public Transport is the easiest and most efficient way to get to the Ekka. Trains arrive and depart from Exhibition Station right in the middle of the showgrounds, and dedicated Ekka buses stop close to entry gates.
The special event Ekka travel ticket allows you to get to and from the Ekka on buses, ferries and trains from anywhere on the Translink network. The special event Ekka travel ticket costs AUD6 return for adults and AUD3 return for children when you present your pre-purchased Ekka entry ticket.

The Ekka is only a short cab ride (about AUD10.00) from the city. Leave your car in the city and catch a cab directly to the showgrounds.
