There's nothing like oysters and champagne to put a tired restaurant scene back on the map. Cove Bar and Dining is part of the major South Bank refurbishment and owner Adam Barton has recruited award-winning chef Joshua Inglis to produce tantalising oyster tasters from a variety of 15 to 20 seasonal oysters. The setting is very NYC with a terrace overlooking the Brisbane River, and an exclusively intimate bar inside for a special few to watch directly over the kitchen action.
