Cinco Bistro at Camp Hill suffered a destructive fire in 2005, but the restaurant has bounced back and is hotter than ever with a kitchen helmed by the talented Peter Stubbs (who has spent 15 years abroad being chef to the stars - think David Bowie, Mick Jagger and Mexican president Vincente Fox). The intimate, European-style bistro has been attracting plenty of positive attention since opening in 2004.
