Capers at the Beach Bar and Grill on the Esplanade in the Airlie Beach Hotel complex is an oasis of fabulous food and fine wine in a chic setting by the Airlie foreshore. Enjoy relaxed al fresco dining with views of the Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands.
