The Booie Bello Vista, a fully licensed restaurant and function centre is set amid the wine region of the South Burnett. Boasting luxurious dining for 160 inside; then venue's appeal lies in the 80 seats on the deck offering panoramic views for hundreds of kilometers back to the Sunshine Coast. Located on top of the Booie Ridge, the valley dramatically drops away revealing spectacular views of farmland, agriculture, forest and the distant ranges.

Brisbane Chef Mike Giles puts his international chef experience to good use combining local products with multicultural methods of food preparation to produce unique and flavoursome dishes. Even naturally growing items such as Prickly Pear Fruit are combined with local wines in a reduction style sweet sauce topping a Peanut Butter Panacotta. Exquisite!

The ""Old Distillery"" artistically renovated, houses a commercial Art Gallery of local and Indigenous art. Interactive workshops with Indigenous Artists offer a deep level of authenticity not really captured before. Quarterly celebrations of reconciliation culminate in a 'Didge on the Ridge' festival where local Wakka Wakka Corroboree dancers join with Didgeridoo players and food is cooked using traditional Indigenous methods such as a Kuppa Murri.

The venue offers a main room seating 80 people and an adjacent function room also seating 80. Outside the deck and courtyard can seat another 80 people with full view of the valley. The property has another function/conference room which seats 40 people dining and more for conferences in the Old Distillery. There is a commercial art gallery open all weekend displaying local and indigenous art.

From the Bunya Highway (travelling north) turn right into Booie-Crawford Road. Follow the signs to the restaurant.
