Children: Billy Tea supplies baby seats or booster seats for children.
Disabled: Depending on the extent of a persons disability, it is recommended that they be accompanied by a helper. There is limited wheelchair access on a lot of the tracks and toilet facilities.
Miscellaneous:
Cape Tribulation Day Tour - cancellations received within 24 to 12 hours of departure are subject to a 50 per cent cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of departure or no shows are subject to 100 per cent cancellation fee and no refund whatsoever. Cape York Safaris - Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to date of departure shall be subject to a full refund. Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to date of departure, shall be subject to 50 per cent cancellation fee of the advertised tour price. Cancellations 14 days or less are subject to a no refund whatsoever.
Pick up from guest's accommodation.
Extended tours. Limited luggage allowed. Billy Tea Bush Safaris has been a long standing member of Tourism Queensland (TQ), Tourism Tropical North Queensland (TTNQ), foundation member of Far North Queensland Tour Operators Association (FNQTOA), members of the Australian Tourism export Council (ATEC), our Marketing Manager is on the committee for the Cairns Tourism Association (CTA) and they are an Accredited Eco Tourism Operator.
