Tucked inside the luxurious Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, Benihana Japanese Steakhouse is well-known for its fine food. The atmosphere is lively, with guests seated around a teppanyaki table, while a chef prepares and cooks each meal on a central hot plate. Traditional teppanyaki meals include chicken, steak or seafood. Each meal includes a prawn appetizer, hibachi vegetables, onion soup, salad with Benihana dressing, and steamed rice.
