Rib sticking dishes can be found at Bare Bones Society. Do not let this cafe's name put you off. It is how (Chef of the Year) Kim Machin describes his approach - to keep it simple. This belief appears to have extended to his choice of location - the car park of the Jindalee Homemaker Centre. Simply wonderful is his hearty dish of potato and truffle gnocchi, with manchego cheese sauce and crisp prosciutto.
