Nestled between two heritage listed Queenslander homes, Alfred and Constance (named after the streets cornering the site), is the latest project from Damian Griffiths. At the heart of the venue is a hand-built wood-fired oven, utilised to cook whole roast pigs, which features on the menu alongside whole roast chickens and char-grilled steaks.
