Absynthe Restaurant is an experience of flavours, textures and presentation designed to excite the senses - modern Australian cuisine with a hint of French flavourings and techniques.
Executive Chef and owner Meyjitte Boughenout is one of the very few two-Micheling Star chefs in Australia and is continually recognised as one of the country's Top Ten chefs with a string of awards to his and the restaurant's name. Absynthe is his creation and his specialty is degustation dining.
Titled, A Journey into Taste, Meyjitte's degustation menu comprises numerous small courses all formulated to flow from one dish to the next with a delightful, lingering finish.
