Description

The Christmas Wonderland has now grown to be one of Queensland's biggest light extravaganzas, and in 2012 over 80,000 visitors enjoyed the event. The event has continued to expand and many thousands of light-bulbs have been added to the displays. Visitors are indicating that this is fast becoming a family tradition at Christmas, and 'See you at the lights' is being heard all over Toowoomba. Local businesses, community groups and individuals have been approaching the Lions Club, totally supporting the idea, and wanting to get involved.

Children:
Free Ice creams are provided for children with face painting and balloon shapes. Glow Products are available for sale.

Disabled:
Parking is available for disabled people at the entry to the event in Lindsay Street - this area is controlled by the SES.

Pets Allowed:
Yes. However must be on leash as the Park is not an off leash area.

Further Details:
Gold Coin entry is requested at each entry point ie Lindsay St, Campbell Street and Godsall Steet. This donation supports the major beneficiaries.

How To Get There:
Access is via Lindsay Street with entry through the Stone Archway or alternative entry is via Godsall St and Campbell Street gates. Parking is available on street or at the TAAFE Car park with walking access to the Campbell Street entry gate.

Opening Hours:
Event is open from 7pm to 10 pm nightly from the first Saturday in December through and including Christmas Eve, weather permitting.
