Mountain Bike Orienteering is a sport that will challenge you both physically and mentally. It involves navigating your way around a forest on a mountain bike with a map. It can be done socially or fiercely competitively. It is a sport for families making connections, teenagers trying to kick butt, empty nesters searching for middle ground or adventure racers enhancing their navigational skills.
... moreThere are ""Come and Try It"" sessions at reduced costs at the start of the year. Events run throughout the year at different locations. Most courses are off road in forests. Course lengths can vary from five to 50 kilometres. Costs are kept to a minimum by focusing on participation. This usually depends on the rider's ability. It can be done individually or with a group.
