Description

New Year's Eve Mooloolaba is held on the beautiful foreshore precinct of the renowned Mooloolaba beach. The event features spectacular fireworks displays at 8.30pm and midnight, roving street performers and buskers, food stalls, face painting and temporary tattoos, carnival rides and amusements as well as two stages packed full of entertainment for all the family.

The main stage features The Lorax, Happy Feet 2 and Alvin and the Chipmunks shows as well as national bands You Am I and Stonefield supported by local acts Mitch Davis and the Dawn Chorus, Afterglow and The Fergies. The Beach Stage will be pumping with DJ's from 7.30pm to midnight. This free event is gated, secure and patrolled. No alcohol, glass, drugs or intoxicated persons allowed.
