Description

This year's Australia Day Celebrations and Family Fun Day at Moore Park Bowls and Sports Club will feature an Australia themed breakfast, Aussie bands, pie eating contest, kids rides, antique machinery displays, thong throwing, egg and spoon races, bush poets, billy tea and damper and food, market stalls.

Dunny races - challenge work mates, friends and family and enter a team. The group are required to build a dunny, which has two, three or four wheels, three sides and a roof. One person must be on the throne at all times and all others pushing it, so come along for a huge family fun day.

The Official Welcome and Australia Day events start at 11 a.m. will be presented by Bundaberg Regional Council Mayor, Councillor Mal Forman. Bundaberg Council has donated AUD8000.00 for a local community organisation to host this year's Australia Day Celebrations.
