Cancellation Information:
No refund will be given for any cancellations within 24 hours of travel, or for passengers who fail to appear on day of departure.

Further Details:
Tours do not operate on Christmas Day. Kuranda tours do not operate on Skyrail and Kuranda Scenic Rail maintenance days.

Meet your hostess at Freshwater Station after transferring from your accommodation. Once aboard the train, sit back and enjoy the spectacular views. After arrival in Kuranda, there is one and a half hours free time to explore.

Your Hostess will meet you at Skyrail, then it's time to glide silently over the rainforest canopy on the world's most beautiful rainforest experience, with two stations to alight at before arriving at Caravonica Lakes.

Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park is next and includes the buffet lunch. Exclusive to Down Under Tours, your personal Aboriginal guide will escort you through the remainder of the park and its attractions. Enjoy boomerang throwing, spear throwing, face painting, bush food and medicine sampling.

Then transfer to your hotel.

Kuranda Rail and Skyrail

After a coach transfer to Freshwater Station, board the famous Kuranda Scenic Rail. This breathtaking journey on one of the world's most scenic train routes will take you through hand-hewn tunnels and across bridges with amazing views before arriving at beautiful Kuranda station.

The remainder of the day is free for you to explore the 'Village in the Rainforest' - the markets, the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary or colourful Birdworld (own expense). At the scheduled time, board Skyrail for the world's most beautiful rainforest experience. Your journey ends at Caravonica Lakes, where your coach is waiting to take you back to your accommodation.

Cape Tribulation and Daintree

Join Down Under Eco Tours for a day exploring Cape Tribulation.

Your driver/guide will collect you from your accommodation and travel to Daintree. After crossing the Daintree River, visit the Daintree Environmental Centre for morning tea and a chance to learn the fascinating secrets of one of the world's oldest rainforests.

Continue onto Cape Tribulation. Next stop is a delicious lunch in a rainforest setting, stopping at Alexandra Lookout.

Enjoy a calm water cruise on the Daintree River before the return journey to Cairns, before arriving back at your accommodation after a fascinating day.

Tablelands, Waterfalls and Spanish Castles

Enjoy a full day out taking in the magnificent Cairns Highlands, waterfalls, rainforests, and Paronella Park. After a scenic drive up the Gillies Range, enjoy a delicious Devonshire Tea at Lake Barrine Teahouse before an informative Wildlife Cruise on Lake Barrine.

The Giant Curtain Fig Tree will inspire a photo or two, before arriving at Tarzali Lakes. Enjoy a delicious lunch, as well as an informative short tour, keeping an eye out for the elusive platypus!

After lunch they visit Millaa Millaa Falls, before arriving at Paronella Park for a guided tour of the Spanish Castle ruins. Arrival back in Cairns is approx. 6.00 p.m.

Kuranda, Scenic Rail, Skyrail and Tjapukai

At the scheduled time board Skyrail, the world's most beautiful rainforest experience, enjoying two stops enroute.

Hartley's Crocodile Adventures

Take a half day tour at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures - the best place to see crocodiles in Tropical North Queensland.

Join the unique eco experience of the lagoon cruise through ecologically significant Melaleuca wetlands; the domain of the saltwater crocodile. Explore the rest of the park with its abundance of wildlife including water birds, turtles, wallabies and cassowaries.

See the notorious head shake and death roll of a huge crocodile at the Crocodile Attack Show and the opportunity to hold a crocodile for a photo (own expense). Discover the world's most venomous snakes at the Snake Show before the return transfer to your accommodation.

Cape Tribulation by Appointment

A spectacular experience awaits you today as you join the premium four wheel drive experience to the World Heritage listed Daintree and Cape Tribulation.

Before the crowds arrive, enter the majesty of the Mossman Gorge National Park (until August 2011 only - not included from August 2011). Then continue to Daintree for a cruise on the river, including morning tea. Enjoy breathtaking views from Alexandra Lookout, before a delicious lunch at Noah Valley.

It is time then to join the Bloomfield Track and begin the four wheel drive section of the journey, travelling to Stingray Bay and Cowie Beach with its shallow bay, and soak up the view.

Enjoy a visit to the Daintree Ice Cream Company for a wicked afternoon treat before returning to your accommodation.

Daintree Walkabout

A fantastic tour today, with a higlight being a one and a half hour guided rainforest walk with your Indigenous Kuku Yalanji Dreamtime Walk guide at Mossman Gorge. Learn about traditional plant use, bush tucker and dreamtime legends. Also included in tea, damper and question time.

On then to Silky Oaks Lodge for a delicious lunch overlooking the Mossman River. An informative cruise on the Daintree River is next - keep your eyes peeled for unique wildlife, including the elusive saltwater crocodile.

Scomazzon Fruit Farm is our next stop, where you enjoy a tropical fruit tasting of fruits in season.

After picking up from your Hotel, check-in at Freshwater Station before boarding the Kuranda Scenic Rail.

Explore the village of Kuranda before transferring to Rainforestation. Included in your visit is a barbecue lunch, Army Duck, Pamagirri Dancers and the Koala and Wildlife Park.

After transferring back to Kuranda, board Skyrail, the world's most beautiful rainforest experience. There are two stops enroute to explore. Upon arrival at Caravonica Lakes, our coach is waiting to return you to your accommodation.
