OM MANI PADME HUM the mantra of Chenrezig, the Buddha of compassion. Easy to recite and remember, yet its meaning is extremely profound and benefits of reciting are immeasurable.

Join them for the full five days of the retreat, or come for a day, or even a single session. Everyone welcome! You don't need any previous retreat experience to participate in this life-changing opportunity.

Recitation and meditation on this mantra purifies our negative karma, develops our compassionate heart. Ultimately, it creates the causes for us to actualise the entire path to enlightenment.

Retreat sessions are dedicated to the long life of the Dalai Lama, the liberation of the Tibetan people, the end of wars, and to the peace, happiness and freedom of all sentient beings.

Dwelling deep within our own hearts, and within the hearts of all beings without exception, is an inexhaustible source of love and wisdom.- Lama Yeshe.
