Burrum Coast National Park is a showcase of protected coastal lowland vegetation types: cabbage palms (especially in the Woodgate section), paperbark swamps and mangroves. Explore the Woodgate section on a wheelchair-accessible boardwalk across a melaleuca swamp or along walking tracks to viewing and fishing platforms, and a bird hide.
