Description

Brisbane Racing Club's (BRC) Melbourne Cup Race Day at Doomben Racecourse will be Brisbane's only opportunity to experience the combination of real horsepower action with the excitement of ""The Cup"".

Racegoers attending Doomben can expect to enjoy eight local races from 12pm in addition to watching ""the race that stops a nation"" at 2pm on one of several giant screens or over 500 televisions. All inclusive hospitality packages on sale now.

Access Information:
Train Catch the train by taking the Doomben line from any Central Business District railway station. Doomben railway station is located a five-minute walk from the racecourse.
Bus Catch route 301 from Adelaide Street, City to Doomben Racecourse. Additional Brisbane City Council buses will operate at the conclusion of the event, dropping passengers to the Valley and City.
Taxis Taxis will be available from the racecourse at the conclusion of the event.
