Description
Ideas, music and art with ""Walter's Lounge"". The Walter Reid Cultural Centre is about to explode with ideas, music and art through a monthly lounge-style performance and information event.
In a bid to provide greater opportunities for the arts community of the Rockhampton Region to perform and be challenged by new ideas, the Creative Capricorn project has signed a partnership agreement with Keppel Coast Arts Council to host monthly events called 'Walter's Lounge'.
Held once a month on a Sunday afternoon, there are two performance sets for local artists performing new work and one guest speaker spot for an artist to talk about their work and the ideas that challenge or inspire them.
