Mission Beach is celebrating all things community with the Mission Beach Film Festival at MARCS Park.
The third Mission Beach Film Festival draws on the creative energy of their community and others further afield. It will be launched with a gala opening night party and screening with special guests and entertainment, delicious food from their local favourites and a few new ones to spoil them for choice.
The hardworking crew of local volunteers are building on the success of the previous festivals and taken note of festival goers' suggestions and feedback to ensure the festival is one not to miss.
The Cassowary Coast community and its visitors are invited to be entertained, provoked, and inspired by films on the big screen and to get behind the camera to explore the many communities that make the Cassowary Coast so unique

How To Get There
Mission Beach is a coastal town located in Far North Queensland situated midway between Cairns and Townsville accessed off the Bruce Highway. You can fly into either Cairns or Townsville Airport and connect with local bus company or hire car and drive.
