Description
After closure of the Muttaburra Hospital in 1974, the building was converted to a historical display and general museum. The operating theatre dates back to 1933 and is still equipped. The Museum is a memorial to Dr Arratta who arrived in Muttaburra in 1925. He was awarded the MBE in 1962 for 35 years of service to the community. The museum is open for inspection on request.
