The Queensland College of Wine Tourism incorporating the Banca Ridge winery, cellar door and bistro is a multi-million dollar investment by State and Commonwealth governments and the Queensland wine industry. It provides education and training in viticulture, wine making, tourism, hospitality and business at secondary, TAFE and university levels with training contextualised in a real business setting.
How To Get There:
When approaching Stanthorpe from either north or south, continue on the New England Highway (town by-pass). The Queensland College of Wine Tourism is on the northern side of the highway, signed and visible from the highway. Turn into Caves Road.
