Australia's premier body art event, the Australian Body Art Carnivale is free for spectators and attracts great crowds keen to watch artists at work using human bodies as their canvas.

The body art at this event is amazing and there is so much more to see also with wearable art (funky fashions from recycled items), vehicle art, car bonnet art, photography, street performers, live music and a Saturday evening celebration.

The theme for this year's competitions is ""The Best of Oz"" which will provide a wealth of inspiration for artists as they compete for over AUD12,000 in cash and prizes. Come along as a competitor or a spectator - you'll be amazed!

Eumundi is located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, only a 15 minute drive from Noosa Heads.
Eumundi is about 90 minutes north or Brisbane via the Bruce Highway. Visitors using public transport can use a combination of rail and public bus. If coming from Brisbane, take the train from Brisbane Central or Roma Street to Nambour, then transfer to a connecting bus to Eumundi. Please note there are direct train services to Eumundi Station, however services are limited. The closest domestic airport to Eumundi is the Sunshine Coast Airport at Maroochydore.

Entry is by donation.

Parking is available in the community car park all day for AUD5. Street parking is time limited.
