Easy access for wheelchairs to reservations area. On board the vessels, people restricted to wheelchairs have access to all talks and demonstrations on lower levels. Staff can assist at all times, toilet facilities available. Please contact company for special requirements.

Cancellation Information:
Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge. A 100 per cent cancellation fee will be charged for "no show" on date of travel. A 50 per cent cancellation fee will be charged for groups cancelling within 48 hours of departure. No cancellation charges will apply for passengers failing to travel due to: ill health; minor changes to group numbers; Group or FIT passengers re-scheduling.

Departure Details:
Tour departs from Reef Fleet Terminal. Pick up and drop off service available and is included in the tour package.

Hotel Pick-up:
Pick up from Cairns city and Northern Beaches accommodation.

Tariff Information:
All prices and conditions of travel may be changed at the discretion of Sunlover Reef Cruises.
Children under four years of age may travel free of charge. Port Douglas return transfers are available on request at AUD40.00 per person. Scuba Dive and Seawalker Helmet Dives are available as additional tour options. Family packages also available.
If travelling on concession rates, the person must have a valid Seniors card or valid Student Identification.
