Children are welcome on board all tours. Infants under one year of age can travel free of charge on their parents lap. If over one year, it is the parents' responsibility to ensure the child is secure by using the seatbelts and child restraint attachment points provided by Sun-air. Passengers are encouraged to provide their own child restraints.

There is access for guests with a disability. Wheelchair access is available but must be declared upon booking.
