Children:
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Tour is not recommended for children under three years. Children must be 12 years or over to Dive. Children must be able to swim and be confident in to water to participate in the snorkelling tour.

Cancellation Information:
There are no refunds if a snorkeller or diver cannot complete the tour, for example, if they get seasick, are unable to finish the tour or just can't snorkel or do the dive.

Other Facilities:
Snorkel Safari Gold Coast operates a very comfortable 15 M catamaran with full walk around deck, upper deck with shade and seating, huge undercover rear deck, a large dive ladder, inside cab with full toilet facilities a kitchenette and lounge area. The boat is licensed for 46 passengers and four crew and takes up to 32 divers.

Further Details:
Your Gold Coast dive or snorkel tour takes around three hours and includes light refreshments. Snorkellers can hop on and off the boat as often as they like. Divers have a rest period between the two dives.

How To Get There:
The shop premises are at the corner of McLean and Musgrave Streets, Coolangatta - opposite the Coolangatta Post Office. This is where the tour meets prior to departure to organise dive gear. There is plenty of parking.
The boat departs from the Coolangatta and Tweed Heads Golf Club, Alf Rush Memorial Drive, Tweed Heads South. From Coolangatta head south towards Ballina, taking a left into Soorley Street, following through Golf Club car park to very end to the private Jetty of the Golf Club. There is plenty of parking available.

This Snorkelling Tour goes out to the spectacular Cook Island Marine Reserve which is only a short 20 minute boat ride from the departure point. Out at cook island there is an abundance of marine life including the resident green sea turtles plenty of sub tropical fish including clown fish, blue grouper, leopard sharks during summer, eagle rays lots of hard and soft corals too much to name!

The half day tour includes snorkel guide, wetsuit, snorkel, mask,fins, morning tea. This is a fantastic trip for anyone to take part in. They also have flotation devices for the not so good swimmers

No experience necessary. Try Scuba Dive includes one dive with an experienced instructor (maximum two students per instructor).

With your instructor you will be run through a briefing on what is going to happen including how the equipment works what skills you will be doing and how to complete them. once you have completed your skills in the water you will be taken down to 10 metres on a guided tour with your instructor to see the spectacular underwater world!

All dives are carried out at the Cook Island Marine Reserve, around 30 minutes from jetty, this is a fantastic experience with lots of marine life to see including turtles, rays, tropical fish plus heaps of other marine life.

Tour includes all gear hire, Instructor, morning tea, and a certificate upon completion.

Please be aware the tour may not be suitable for some people who suffer from eg asthma, epilepsy, taking medication. There is a medical waiver that has to be filled out and if your deemed not suitable you will have to see a doctor if you wish to continue.

There is double dives on offer every day which are carried out in and around the Cook Island Marine Reserve. There is lots to see out at these location's including lots of sub tropical fish species, turtles eagle rays, the occasional manta ray's lots of hard and soft coral gardens there is also rock walls, bombies, swim through with small caves and large pinnacles lots to keep all divers happy!

Most of the dive sites are within 20 minutes from the departure point. These dive is a great dive for beginners right through to experienced Divers

Double Dive tour includes two dive's (two tanks), all your gear hire, morning tea, experienced tour guide, boat trip. All dives

They also run Deep dives, night dives and dives to other locations which are available when scheduled!

This tour is only suitable for Certified Dives with minimum Open Water Certification.
