Children aged three and over are welcome however children aged under three years are not permitted on Sea World Whale Watch tours due to reasons of safety.

Disabled:
There is access for guests with a disability. There is a disabled toilet on board and the lower deck has wheelchair access and viewing areas. Please contact Sea World Whale Watch 24 hours in advance if you are making a disabled person booking so their crew can prepare and assist.

Departure Point

Tours depart from the Sea World Cruise Terminal in the carpark outside the entrance to Sea World on Seaworld Drive, Main Beach, Gold Coast. Entry to Sea World is not required.

General Comments

The whale season is approximately from late May to early November.

Tour times are 10:00 a.m. seven days a week, with additional 2.00 p.m. tours on weekends. Tour duration is approximately two and a half to three hours. Including check-in time, you should allow three hours in total. Booking is essential.

How To Get There

Sea World Whale Watch is located at the Sea World Cruise Terminal in the carpark outside the entrance to Sea World on the beautiful Gold Coast - a one hour drive from Brisbane in Queensland.

From Surfers Paradise, drive along the Gold Coast Highway north and follow the signs. From Southport, cross the Southport Bridge, turn left and follow the signs. From the Pacific Motorway, take the Smith Street exit and follow the signs.

There are plenty of free car parking spaces available in Sea World's carpark.
