The 2013 Noosa International Sevens Festival will be an outdoor entertainment property involving a Queensland Rugby Union (QRU) sanctioned and Australian Rugby Union (ARU) supported, elite seven-a-side rugby championship for men and women, and supporting social entertainment.

Hosted at the beautiful Noosa Dolphins rugby ground at Sunshine Beach, Queensland, and held the weekend preceding the Gold Coast leg of the International Rugby Board HSBC Global Sevens rugby series, the event attracts elite teams from Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific.
