Cancellation Policy
24 Hours' notice of cancellation should be given to avoid penalty. Tickets will become invalid if not used for flight on date shown thereon. Any refund application must be lodged with the issuing Agent, if the ticket shows no specific flight and date it will become invalid 12 months from date of issue.
General Comments
Due to aircraft baggage restrictions, oversize bags may be rejected for carriage regardless of their weight, please confirm this with your booking agent prior to date of travel. Standard weight restriction for baggage is 15 kilograms; additional weight will only be carried at pilots' discretion.

Experience the Whitsundays from the air. Their 35 minute island scenic flight includes the world famous Hill Inlet and Whitehaven Beach. Departing from Shute Harbour Airport your flight takes you around the Whitsunday Islands including Hamilton Island, Whitsunday Island, Hook Island and the Molle Islands. GSL Aviation offer a free courtesy bus to/from surrounding suburbs.
