Children:
Children are welcome and must be accompanied by a paying adult. The child must be able to see over the edge of the basket (1.2 metres high) unaided by person or objects. Children ages are between 6 to 12 years.

Disabled:
Persons with a disability are able to balloon, although limitations do apply due to the Civil Aviation and Safety Authority (CASA) regulations and guidelines. They require that all passengers embark and disembark a balloon basket unassisted. No wheelchair facilities are available.

Cancellation Information:
Passenger safety is the first concern and priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable to fly, Floating Images reserves the right to cancel a flight. You may simply choose to either reschedule for another day or refer to Floating Images' Terms and Conditions on their website concerning cancellations, gift vouchers, packages, refunds and "No Show Policy". (Purchase conditions pending).

Passengers cannot change their confirmed booking date, 14 days prior to the flight. If so cancellation policy and fees apply accordingly. The entire cost of the flight will be forfeited if you do not show up for your flight.

Departure Details:
Departure is from Limestone Park, Griffith Road, Ipswich (next to the helicopter pad). Meeting time is 20 minutes before sunrise, which varies throughout the year. It is approximately 35 minutes west from Brisbane Central Business District. Upon booking your balloon flight, you will receive flight booking/confirmation details including the actual meeting time of the day.

Restrictions:
All passengers' names and estimated weights must be notified for passenger manifest purposes. Please advise the booking office if you are over 90 kilograms, or have any medical issues. Regrettably under the Civil Aviation and Safety Authority regulations and Floating Images' policy they do not fly women at any stage of their pregnancy.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated and offensive passengers. No alcohol or smoking is permitted in or around the balloon. Passengers are requested to follow staff instructions at all times.

Personal items such as small handbags or camera bags are only permitted in the basket during the flight. Camera, video and other personal items are the passengers' responsibility at all times.
They recommend you wear comfortable layers of outdoor clothing to match the season, a hat and flat sturdy shoes.
No animals allowed.

Hotel Pick-up:
Complimentary transfers apply within the Ipswich Central Business District and accommodation houses. Pick up and transfer fees apply for Brisbane Central Business District accommodation. Minimum pick up is two people. If you do not have transport, Floating Images can arrange a pickup for you, however, there would be a transfer fee associated. If Floating Images does not have a Brisbane Central Business District pickup reserved for you on the morning, a taxi could be arranged for a cost of approximately AUD90.00 twin share on way.

Tariff Information:
Due to operational issues, Floating Images reserves the right to alter all itineraries and/or fare details and choice of balloons.
Concession rates must be supported by appropriate documentation.
