Cancellation Information:
Safety is their first consideration and Balloon Aloft will not fly if weather conditions are not suitable. In this circumstance they will re-book an alternative flight time or refund all monies paid in full. 100 percent cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, failed to board or no show.

Departure Details:
The meeting place for the local passengers is the Radisson Resort, Gold Coast, Palm Meadows Drive, Carrara, you may park your car in the underground carpark and wait in the foyer where the friendly staff will greet you. A comprehensive map is available from their website, and one will be sent to you with your flight confirmation once booking has been made.
Passengers staying in local hotels between Labrador and Broadbeach will be offered a free return transfer to the launch site. Local passengers are required to arrange their own transport.

Further Details:
Please advise the booking office of your weight at the time of booking. Expectant mothers over 12 weeks pregnant are not permitted to fly. Balloon Aloft recommend casual attire, sturdy shoes (no thongs) and a hat. Passengers are encouraged to bring cameras and video equipment (carried entirely at owners risk) to capture this once in a life time experience.

Hotel Pick-up:
Complimentary pick-up and return services from hotels vary between seasons and is approximately 30 minutes before sunrise. Passengers will be advised of the collection time prior to their flight.
