Wavelength Eco Snorkel Reef Tour is a truly unique reef experience for the traveller who seeks a more personalised and relaxed approach to exploring the Great Barrier Reef by mask, snorkel and fins. Carrying only 30 people and dedicating its entire Outer Reef day to snorkellers Wavelength is in the rare position of being able to provide a customised experience that meets your needs whether you are a beginner or an experienced snorkeller. Marine biologists are a key to unlocking the wonder of the Great Barrier Reef and it is for this reason they always have a Marine Biologist on board Wavelength.

Many of Wavelengths reef sites are privately registered and are certified by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority as low-impact sites. This means these sites are not heavily visited therefore preserving their pristine quality. As they are snorkel only sites, there is no diver damage to the coral. Children are welcome and there are child snorkels, masks, fins and wetsuits available. Easy access into and out of the water.

Disabled:
There is limited access for guests with a disability. No wheelchair access as such, however, staff can lift the guests on to the boat. Lowered duck board for easy entry into and out of water. Open deck full shade.

Cancellation Information:
A fee of 100 per cent if cancelled within 18 hours of travel. 100 per cent cancellation fee for no show.

Full Day Outer Reef - Snorkel

Wavelength Marine Charters are the snorkelling specialists in Port Douglas.

They take a maximum of 30 passengers to three beautiful outer reef sites each day. Their caring crew will teach absolute beginners to snorkel as well as allowing experienced snorkellers to explore the Great Barrier Reef on their own! A guided snorkel tour with the Marine Biologist is included in your day, along with a delicious lunch, morning and afternoon teas.

Their on board photographer will take some great photos for the compact disc of the day which has over 100 beautiful images of the colourful fish and corals that inhabit the Great Barrier Reef. Wavelength are the snorkelling specialists, with all their reef sites selected for the specific needs of snorkellers, not divers.
