Description

Down Under Cruise and Dive operate a large, modern, sleek vessel, cruising at high speed, providing a superior and comfortable ride in nearly all weather conditions. Professional, friendly and attentive staff ensure a safe and enjoyable, fun-filled experience. The reef locations have been carefully selected for the clarity of the water and the abundance and diversity of marine life. Every moment spent exploring the magnificent array of colourful coral formations and swimming with the brilliant coloured fish is one of discovery, often exciting, sometimes breathtaking, with unforgettable memories that will stay with you for a lifetime. Visiting two spectacular outer reef sites in one day you will spend maximum time in the water and minimum time travelling. Great for all ages!

Barbecue lunch, glass bottom boat tour, snorkelling equipment and tuition and onboard entertainment included in standard reef tour. Extra Diving and Helicopter options available onboard.

Children are fully catered for, including fins, masks and flotation devices. Child ages are four to 16.

Assistance for passengers with a disability is always available, contact company with individual requirements.

Cancellation Information:
No refunds for incomplete dives. No refunds for passengers withdrawing from a diving course after day one. On the Reef Cruise a 24 hour cancellation policy applies.

Further Details:
Some medical conditions may exclude a passenger from diving. Advise company if in doubt. Family prices are also available. Child rates apply to age of 16 years. Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation tours/packages are also available within.

MV Osprey V is a state of the art very high speed 35 metre (120 foot) vessel, with a cruising speed of 30 knots, providing comfort and safety for a maximum of 120 passengers. Less travel time, more time at the reef. Osprey V departs Cairns daily offering a fast, comfortable and affordable cruise, with five hours spent visiting two spectacular Outer Great Barrier Reef Destinations. Professional, friendly and attentive staff ensure a safe and enjoyable fun filled experience. A free snorkel tour is also available on the day for those less confident in the open water and for those who want to learn about the reef.

4 Day PADI Learn to Dive Course

Courses commence Monday, Wednesday and Friday in one of the world's largest and finest five star Diver Training Facilities, located five minutes from the centre of Cairns. The Down Under Dive Training Pool is four times larger than the nearest Cairns competitor. You will be provided with the latest dive equipment and expert instruction by experienced and professional dive instructors.
