Stroll the grounds and see if you can spot the family of platypus or wander the Vineyard and enjoy a visit to the Cellar Door. Children: Children are welcome. The minimum age that children are accepted to travel on the balloons is four years and above, due to safety and enjoyment reasons.
Disabled: There is access for guests with a disability. Visitors with a disability are able to balloon as per the Civil Aviation and Safety Authority guidelines which require, all passengers to embark and disembark a balloon basket unassisted.
Miscellaneous:
The self drive tour option departs from Brisbane, Burleigh Heads, Coolangatta, Currumbin, Mermaid Beach, Miami, Mount Tamborine, Nobby Beach, Palm Beach, Runaway Bay, Sanctuary Cove, and Southport.
Drive to your Hot Air Balloon Ride launch site. A choice of transport options are available. Airconditioned coach transfers from the Spit to Broadbeach or join your hosts at one of the convenient meeting points.
There is an AUD25.00 per person compulsory aviation levy to pay on board.
