Office hours are 8.00 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. each day. Bookings can be made by telephone up to 8.30 p.m. of the evening prior to the flight, and by email or fax by 4.00 p.m. the day prior to the flight. Email and fax bookings should be confirmed by telephone. Packages, VIP tours and family rates are available, please contact the operator for details. Up to 250 conference attendees can be catered for per morning flight, as well as smaller meeting groups of 10 or more. Please contact Balloon Down Under to discuss your requirements and details so a special package can be tailored to the needs of the group.
