Take the family, plan an action packed day with a group of friends or take corporate teams to new heights at Adventure Parc at Tamborine Mountain. This is a top spot for a family day out, huge fun for teenagers, active people of any age and corporate groups planning a team building exercise.

There are 65 elevated challenges spread over four courses of varying difficulty. The courses stretch through hectares of forest and almost 1,000 towering trees at heights of up to 18 metres above the ground.

Develop sports skills, hang about in the trees, clear the branches and reach the top of the trunks. Climb cable ladders and learn to balance on the bridges. This three-hour adventure is great and it's safe. Height restrictions apply to younger children, minimum height must be 160 centimetres from toes to fingertips with arms outstretched.

Overalls are supplied; just bring covered shoes and a sense of adventure.
