The Sunshine Coast is located just 75 minutes drive north of Brisbane City. The Bruce Highway, the main road north to the Sunshine Coast is well located for easy access from Brisbane.
Fly
The Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) services the Sunshine Coast with air services from Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide using Jetstar, Virgin Blue and Tiger Airways airlines.
It is easily accessible by taxi and coach services. From Sunshine Coast Airport it is approximately a 10 minute drive to Coolum, 35 minute drive to Noosa Heads, 20 minutes to Mooloolaba, 45 minutes to Caloundra and 35 minutes to Mapleton in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Brisbane Airport (BNE) is the international gateway to Queensland with more than 200 flights daily from around the globe. The domestic and international terminals are located within close proximity of each other, allowing hassle free transfers between terminals.
Transfers between the Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast can be via airtrain to Nambour or Beerwah train station or via shuttle bus services. Brisbane airport is approximately 75mins from the Sunshine Coast.
Rail
Regular Queensland Rail train services operate from Brisbane Central Station to the Sunshine Coast stopping at hinterland townships with connecting bus services to coastal centres.
