You can cancel your booking at anytime subject to terms and conditions. Please allow enough time so management may be able to accept other reservations and allocate your car to another chauffeur or client. A full refund is possible, unless any of the below situations arise:

There will be a full charge payable for any booking cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pick up.
If you miss your flight, if your airline decides to cancel the flight or it is deemed unserviceable or redirected, a full charge will also be made after two hours waiting.
Any booking over one day hire requires three days notice of cancellation otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Full charge will be made for all no-shows.

Full credit card payment is required prior to pick up, your card will be transacted the night prior to your journey. Cash bookings will not be accepted (cash payment is possible at management's discretion and with notification and valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation).
Please do not make a booking if you do not agree to all their terms and conditions.
