Children are welcome. Children can hand feed a variety of animals at the zoo with special pellets, enjoy hands on experiences at the Keeper Talks and presentations. Raised viewing areas are also provided.
Disabled:
There is wheelchair access to toilets on both sides of the zoo. Parking for guests with a disability is provided. Please contact the Zoo prior to your visit.
Access Car
When entering Alma Park Zoo please note that payment/ticketing is done while you are still in your vehicle and parking is then within the Zoo grounds, allowing access to vehicle at any time throughout your visit.

Brisbane's Alma Park Zoo is a cool spot for an enjoyable family day out. The lush green gardens and shady lawns are a great environment to relax, and the animals at the zoo are always entertaining.

How To Get There
The zoo is 30 minutes from the Brisbane Central Business District. Drive along the Bruce Highway and turn off at the Boundary Road exit number 138. Follow the signs for the zoo. You will reach it in only a few minutes.
