Taking part in one of the many adventure activities on the Sunshine Coast is a great way to explore the region. Discover the often unseen areas of the Sunshine Coast on one of the many kayaking tours available, or go diving around the shipwrecked HMAS Brisbane. Taking a leisurely cruise along the beautiful Maroochy River, or learning to Paddle surf are also great ways to enjoy the areas famous pristine waters.

In the lush Sunshine Hinterland your adventure can be an adrenalin rushing abseil down the Glass House Mountains, or a more leisurely walk around the Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve.

Adventures perfect for kids of all ages also abound on the Sunshine Coast. Australia Zoo, Underwater world, Aussie World, and Big Kart Track are all located on the Sunshine Coast.
