Rest Areas are places where you can stop and rest to make your trip safer and more enjoyable. Make use of facilities such as toilets and sheltered picnic areas. Rest areas are not provided as long-term camping areas, however motorists are able to take extended rest breaks at certain sites. Rules on the length of stay at rest areas vary.
