Located close to everything in Mooloolaba, the 10 storey high rise is an icon on the famous spit. Mooloolaba is one of a few seaside towns with a northerly facing beach on the eastern seaboard of Australia.
All apartments are spacious and fully self contained. The four bedroom penthouse has a studio and breathtaking views, and all other apartments are comfortable with sunny, north facing views.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, an administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded. Shoulder and low seasons: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. Follow the Esplanade through Mooloolaba past the Surf Club and turn left into Parkyn Parade.
